Falling Into Fitness

The perils of stuntwork are well known, but there's an upside to all the physical exploits required of its practitioners: They usually have to be in top shape to ply their trade -- that is, if they don't end up buffed out because of it.
Just look at industry vet Sandy Gimpel, who at age 67 recently released an exercise DVD, "StuntBlasters Workout." Ms. Gimpel has done the dangerous work for stars including Susan Lucci, Sally Field and even Sarah Jessica Parker, who's young enough to be her daughter. Impressive stuff.
But for those of you who may fear overdoing it, there's one thing her workout program guarantees: It will never make a woman "look like a gladiator girl." -- Tom Gilbert
