'Call Girl' Producer Makes Promise to Viewers

Premium cable is home to all sorts of nudity and naughty language. But the producers of Showtime's "Secret Diary of a Call Girl" are offering a promise to potential viewers about content.

"You won't see any lady gardens," promised producer Rebecca de Souza.

What's a "lady garden"? Well, the show is about a high-end prostitute doing what prostitutes do. You do the math.
