Debuts on ABC clunked in the ratings, as the Monday premiere of “High School Musical: Get in the Picture” slid even further than its lackluster debut on Sunday.
Going up against mostly repeats, “Musical” landed a tiny 0.9/3 in the 18- to 49-year-old demographic, according to preliminary Nielsen numbers.
That’s down 18% from Sunday’s start, and fourth for the hour. “Wanna Bet?” (1.1/3) also launched Monday, taking the fourth-place spot in its hour, too.
“The Mole” was also down 13% week-to-week with its lowest original showing. ABC placed fourth with a 1.1 rating/3 share, its weakest Monday performance in three years.
Repeats from CBS and Fox won the night, as both tied for first place with a 2.2 rating/7 share.
Third-place NBC was average with “American Gladiators” (1.8/6), “Nashville Star” (1.6/5) and “Dateline” (1.6/5). The network landed a 1.7 rathing/5 share for the night.
The CW was fifth with a 0.5 rating/2 share.

ABC should just move it to the Disney Channel where it will do the same, if not better. But they should remove it ASAP, so it doesn't continue to drag down their lineup.
