ABC’s Reality, CBS’ Repeats Tie for 1st

BacheloretteReruns ran on par with ABC’s fresh reality, as CBS’ Monday repeats tied with ABC to win the night in the ratings.

ABC’s “The Bachelorette” scored a 2.3/8 in the 18- to 49-year-old demographic, according to preliminary Nielsen research. That’s down 8% from last week, but nearly on par with its season average.

A special “Men Tell All” episode of “The Bachelorette” pulled in a 2.6/7, while “The Mole” stayed flat with a 1.6/5.

ABC ended the night with a 2.2 rating/7 share.

Also scoring a 2.2/7 for the night, CBS saw its “Two and a Half Men” (2.7/8) rank as Monday’s highest-rated show, edging out the “Men Tell All” episode by a tenth of a percentage point.

Fox, with drama repeats, placed a close third with a 2.1/7.

NBC’s “American Gladiators” (1.8/6) was average, while “Nashville Star” (1.5/4), now in its fourth week on broadcast TV, continued to slide from its premiere, down 17% from last week. NBC landed in fourth with a 1.6 rating/5 share.

The CW was fifth with repeats, ending with a 0.4 rating/1 share.
