Scripted repeats on Fox and CBS ended up besting new reality shows from ABC and NBC Monday night in the ratings.
Fox won the night in the 18- to 49-year-old demo with a 2.1 rating/6 share, with CBS a close second with a 2.0 rating/6 share, according to preliminary Nielsen data.
Third-place NBC, with a 1.6 rating/5 share, brought in an average “American Gladiators” (1.7/5) and a below-average “Nashville Star” (1.5/4), tying its lowest rating to date. “Dateline” (1.6/5) was average, too.
ABC, with its 1.4 rating/4 share, had reality repeats and a new “Mole” (1.6/4), which was on par for the show.
The CW took fifth with a 0.4 rating/1 share.
