So you're on vacation and I'm here working like crazy to try and find a TV GM in California. I really wanted to talk with you about the way salaries on the digital side are pulling way in front of TV.
I just filled an Online Editor-in-Chief job at about $480,000 and the TV GM position I have open in California only pays $350,000 to $450,000.
I hope when you're back from vacation we can talk or you can write a piece on salaries and how digital is now paying better than TV, or Print.
