Want to know the most popular TV show Web sites?

Well, I will tell you. Just last week, the most popular TV show site—no surprise—was “American Idol” with a whopping 29% of Internet visits to TV show sites for the week ending April 19, according to online audience measurement firm Hitwise.

“Big Brother 9” came in second with a little more than 7% of the market share of visits to TV sites for the week, while “Dancing With the Stars” was third with just about 7%.

As for the networks, Fox took the top spot that week with 26% of the visits to broadcast network sites, followed by CBS with 23%; ABC with nearly 23%; and NBC with 22%.
