Fox Television is developing an animated series whose main character is based on Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee, Daily Variety reports. "The Life and Times of Jimmy Jaxx," whose title character is voiced by Mr. Lee, features a rock star whose tattoos come to life and cause trouble, the newspaper says.
