Episodes of The CW’s “Gossip Girl” will once again be available for viewing online through the network’s Web site and other destinations, TVWeek reports. The network hoped to drive viewers to broadcast TV by keeping new episodes of the series offline after it returned from the writers strike. Despite the buzz, the show's ratings did not increase significantly.
