Ted Danson, who was nominated for Emmy's 11 straight years while playing bartender Sam Malone in the classic sitcom "Cheers" is very excited to be going back to the awards show as a contender for outstanding actor in the drama "Damages," the Associated Press reports. "When you're younger and you get nominated, there was part of me — I don't know if I took it for granted — but now it's a very rich experience," Danson told the AP. "This is really lovely." Although he appeared to die at the end of last season, FX officials said Mr. Danson may appear in the new season of "Damages."
