ABC is working on a spinoff for “Supernanny” for the fall featuring a male counterpart taking charge in dysfunctional families, the Hollywood Reporter says. The network will air an episode of “Supermanny” as a backdoor pilot during one of “Supernanny’s” regular Friday night timeslots. The project stars Mike Ruggles, a child therapist from Chicago, the trade says.
