SAG posted a reminder to union member employers, including agents, managers, casting agents and producers, that contributions, both direct and indirect, are prohibited during the union’s current board elections, Deadline Hollywood Daily reports. In addition to monetary contributions, employers are not allowed to provide support that could “jeopardize the integrity of the SAG election process,” including forward emails on behalf of candidates, the memo says.
