The Boston Globe hands out report cards to foreign actors who don American accents on TV. Among the best are Hugh Laurie of Fox’s “House,” Anna Paquin of HBO’s “True Blood’ and Jason Isaacs of Showtime’s “Brotherhood.” The worst of the bunch include Anna Torv of Fox’s “Fringe” and Charlie Hunnam, who plays Jax on FX’s “Sons of Anarchy.”
