CBS, the oldest-skewing network, is attracting more younger viewers this year with some of its newest shows including “The Mentalist,” the New York Times says. The bad economy appears to be good for CBS’ comfort-food brand of programming. “It’s kind of cliche,” says CBS CEO Les Moonves says, but “on CBS the good guys win.”
