Entertainment Weekly talks with David Chase about the release of his entire series “The Sopranos” on DVD. The series’ creator talks about the series finale, how he doesn’t watch old episodes and the music featured on the show. “When we first started to budget, I said, ‘I want $50,000 per episode for music clearances.’ People said, ‘Why? What’s that got to do with the mob?’ I said, ‘Uhhh, I can’t answer that for you,’” he tells the magazine.
