AT&T is taking on Comcast in Chicago by offering a bundle of phone TV and high-speed Internet service at monthly rates below those of the nation’s largest cable operator, Crain’s Chicago Business says. “It’s going to come down to who can give you the best deal,” telecommunications consultant Stu Chapman tells the paper. AT&T’s “U-verse could really cut into” Comcast’s subscriber base.
