The South Carolina real estate broker who brought the idea for “Flip This House” to A&E Television is getting his day in court, the Los Angeles Times reports. Richard C. Davis claims A&E agreed to give him half the show’s revenue and is seeking $30 million from a jury in Charleston. A&E denies such a promise. After 13 episodes were produced A&E and Davis had a falling out. A&E got new brokers to appear on the program, and Davis took his show idea to TLC, which aired “The Real Deal” for one season, the paper says.
