Fox Television Studios is teaming up with foreign production companies for a new project, “Defying Gravity,” about a team of international astronauts on a mission through the solar system, the Hollywood Reporter says. Other companies on board include Canada’s CTV, Germany’s ProSieben and the BBC, the trade says. Ron Livingston is set to star, with production scheduled to begin in January in Vancouver.
