Bob Kerr, general manager of WDAZ-TV in Grand Forks, N.D., will retire in January, the Grand Forks Herald reports. Kerr has been with station owner Forum Communications for 32 years and with the station since 1981. “With all the fast-moving technology coming up, I just thought it was time,” he said.
