"Dr. Oz," the new syndicated television show distributed by Sony Pictures Television, will be the first Oprah Winfrey-produced show to be filmed in New York, the New York Post reports. After considering both New York and Chicago, where Winfrey tapes her talk show, Winfrey's production company Harpo has decided to tape "Dr. Oz" at an undetermined studio in NBC's headquarters in Rockefeller Center. Dr. Mehmet Oz, the host of the new program, is from New York and is on staff at New York Presbyterian Hospital, the tabloid says.
