The National Telecommunications & Information Administration said it will begin allowing consumers to reapply for DTV converter box coupons even after they have expired, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The organization also said it expects to fulfill all 4 million requests that have been waitlisted by the middle of next week, the trade publication said.
