An Illinois judge won’t allow former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich out of the country to appear on NBC's reality show "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here," TelevisionWeek reports. NBC said in a statement it was disappointed by the court's decision and would be making a casting announcement on Friday, TVWeek says.
