Spike TV is nearing an agreement to buy off-network cable rights to HBO's "Entourage," Broadcasting & Cable reports. One of the cable network's siblings, perhaps Comedy Central, is also likely to receive a window to air the show when it becomes available in 2010, although terms haven't been set yet, the trade magazine says.
