FCC Sued by Judicial Watch for DTV Transition Data B&C

Conservative group Judicial Watch filed suit in federal court seeking to compel the FCC to turn over documents related to the DTV transition, Broadcasting & Cable reports.

The group filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit trying to get documents related to the reasons for delaying the transition to June, from February.
