'Billboard’s New Year's Eve Live' Adds Guest Stars TVWeek

The star of ABC's "Desperate Housewives," Eva Longoria Parker, has been added to the Fox New Year's Eve special "Billboard's New Year's Eve Live."

Another celebrity, VH1 star Kim Kardashian, is also slated to make a guest appearance on the Carmen Electra-hosted Las Vegas extravaganza. The program airs Dec. 31 at 11 p.m.
