Fox vs. FCC Profanity Arguments Scheduled B&C

The Second Circuit Court of Appeals set Jan. 13 as the date for oral arguments in Fox vs. the FCC, one of the attorneys involved in the case told B&C.

Each side will get 22 minutes for argument in the case over fleeting profanity.
