The viewers on the West Coast have to dodge television spoilers all the time due to the tape delay on live events. Yesterday, a big spoiler came from "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest via Twitter, prompting upset West Coast viewers to voice frustration.
If you were following Seacrest on Twitter last night, you would have known that Lacey Brown was voted off the show before the West Coast broadcast ended, reports TV Tattle.
Seacrest's tweet resulted in an avalanche of complaints from viewers who had yet to see
the end of the show.
For the record, Seacrest tweeted 17 minutes before the results were revealed to West Coast
watchers.
