'The Hoff' Is Off: A&E Pulls Reality Series 'The Hasselhoffs' After Two Episodes. But It Looks Like David Hasslehoff Has a New Gig Lined Up Anyway THR, EW

"The Hoff" is off the air, after A&E pulled the reality series "The Hasselhoffs" after just two episodes, reports the Hollywood Reporter.

The show debuted Sunday with 718,000 viewers, although that audience dropped sharply for its second half-hour episode, which drew only 505,000 viewers, the article notes.

The show tracked the former Baywatch star David Hasselhoff as he helped his daughters in their entertainment careers. The story notes that there are eight unaired episodes of the show.

Separately, EW has reported that "A publicist for [David Hasselhoff] confirmed the former 'Baywatch' star is currently 'in talks' to" be a judge on "Britain's Got Talent." Other reports say the judge Hasselhoff might replace on that show is Simon Cowell.

It was about a year ago that Hasselhoff left "America’s Got Talent."
