"Many entertainment magazines, courtrooms, games and off-net sitcoms and dramas delivered strong showings in the week ending Dec. 5," reports TVNewsCheck.

For example, the article says that "In the first full week following the end of the November sweep almost every news mag was up from the week before."

The article added, "Among the new syndicated entries in first run, ‘Swift Justice with Nancy Grace’ (CTD) made it a dozen straight weeks as the highest rated rookie strip, holding firm at 1.3 and more than 1.7 million viewers. In second place, ‘Don’t Forget the Lyrics’ (Twentieth) was unchanged at a 0.9 rating and 1.3 million viewers, while ‘Nate Berkus’ (Sony) dropped into third with just under 1.2 million total viewers while remaining flat at a 0.9 household rating. ‘Judge Karen’s Court’ (Litton) picked up 17% to a 0.7 and ‘America’s Court with Judge Ross’ (Entertainment Studios) was unchanged at a 0.4."
