Sony Pictures Television has signed a former NBC and ABC executive to a new two-year overall deal, representing a re-up for Jamie Tarses, reports Deadline.com.
The decision to re-up Tarses and her Fan Fare banner was a "no-brainer," according to the article, given that Tarses has three series on the air or upcoming: ABC’s "Happy Endings," TNT’s "Franklin & Bash" and the upcoming TBS comedy "Men at Work."
Fan Fare also has two broadcast pilots, the CBS drama "Baby Big Shot" and the Hilary Winston comedy at NBC, the piece notes. Tarses has been at Sony since 2005.
