Star of 'Private Practice' Confirms She's Leaving LA Times
The star of ABC’s "Private Practice" is confirming that the sixth season of the show will be her last, reports the Los Angeles Times' Show Tracker.
Kate Walsh will appear later today on Bethenny Frankel's new talk show "Bethenny," and in a preview clip she revealed the news, the story says.
"This is my last season for 'Private Practice,'" Walsh told Frankel, according to the story. "It's been an incredible journey and an amazing ride, and I'm hugely, hugely grateful. It's bittersweet. It's a huge chapter of my life. It's been eight years."
Walsh first portrayed Addison Montgomery during the second and third seasons of "Grey's Anatomy," and then continued in the spinoff "Private Practice."
