Kristen Stewart's 'Momentary Indiscretion' With 'Huntsman' Director May Have Been Secretly Going On Since Last Year NY Daily News
The widely publicized sex scandal involving “Snow White and the Huntsman” star Kristen Stewart and the film’s director, Rupert Sanders, took another twist when word surfaced that the affair may have been going on for months, the New York Daily News reports.
The affair led to both Stewart and Robert Pattinson, her boyfriend of three years, moving out of the home they shared in L.A. As previously reported, Stewart issued a public apology for the fling, calling it a “momentary indiscretion.” But Pattinson reportedly is no longer speaking with her and appears to be taking steps toward ending their relationship.
Now a relative of Sanders says the “indiscretion” has been going on in secret since last year.
“Leopold Ross, the brother of Sanders’ wife, Liberty Ross, told the U.K.’s The People that he believes the 22-year-old actress became involved with the 41-year-old director during production of ‘Snow White’ last year,” the story reports.
Said Leopold Ross: “It was from the last half of filming and all through post-production, clear into last week.”
He added that his sister uprooted her family’s life in England, taking the couple’s two young children to Hollywood to support Sanders’ career.
“She made some sacrifices for something she thought was worth it; now she knows, right?” said Leopold Ross. “It might actually make things better in the long run. She wasn’t that happy for a while, but our family is close; she’ll be all right.”
The report notes that Pattinson appeared to be making his move from the L.A. house more permanent. “Two days after the British actor packed his bags and left the couple’s $6 million home in Los Angeles, a U-Haul truck was spotted pulling away from the property on Saturday,” the story says.
