Bonnie Hunt Lands Comedy Project at ABC Deadline

ABC has tapped actress Bonnie Hunt for a new comedy project, Deadline.com reports. The program, titled "compliKATEd," is about an insecure woman dealing with a complicated life, according to the report.

The project is produced by Ben Stiller's Red Hour Television, Hunt's Bob & Alice Productions and ABC Studios, the story adds. Hunt and her frequent collaborator Don Lake will executive produce, along with Stiller, Debbie Liebling and Stuart Cornfeld.

The deal marks a return to ABC for Hunt, who starred in the 2002 show "Life With Bonnie." Hunt also worked with ABC when she starred in the 2006 comedy pilot "Let Go."
