A union walkout has shut down an NBC show, according to The Hollywood Reporter. IATSE crew members picketed the show “Fashion Star” Saturday, leading to a production halt.

The union said it intends to continue striking until a contract is reached. No talks are in progress, so it’s unknown when an agreement might be reached, the story adds.

"A big, successful primetime show like this — I don’t see why they shouldn’t be union,” said IATSE official Vanessa Holtgrew. “I hope we get a contract for these folks so they can get their health and pension, and go back to making their show.”

NBC and the show’s production companies didn’t immediately return requests for comment, the story notes. The show is in production on its second season, and about 70 crew members picketed the production.
