Lindsay Lohan Pulls Out of Interview With Barbara Walters at the Last Minute; Move Follows Report of New Legal Problem for Lohan

Lindsay Lohan has canceled her interview with Barbara Walters, which had been scheduled to air Nov. 16 on ABC’s "20/20,” Deadline.com reports.

The decision was apparently made by Lohan’s new PR firm, Rogers & Cowan, which was unhappy with the direction ABC wanted to take the interview, the story says.

The spot was geared toward promoting Lohan’s Lifetime movie "Liz & Dick," in which the actress plays Elizabeth Taylor. The Lifetime project premieres Nov. 25.

As previously reported, Lohan, who has had numerous run-ins with the law in recent weeks, is expected to be charged with lying to police for allegedly telling them she wasn’t driving a Porsche when it collided with an 18-wheeler in June on Pacific Coast Highway.
