Nicollette Sheridan's 'Desperate Housewives' Lawsuit Suffers Setback in California Supreme Court Deadline
The California Supreme Court denied an appeal from former "Desperate Housewives" star Nicollette Sheridan, representing another defeat for the actress in her wrongful termination lawsuit, reports Deadline.com.
The actress suffered a defeat in September, when the California 2nd District Court of Appeal denied her petition for a rehearing of the suit. The lawsuit over her claims that she was fired from the show in retaliation after claiming show creator Marc Cherry struck her ended in a mistrial in March.
Neither Sheridan nor ABC's lawyers responded to requests for comment, according to the report.
