A storage space bidder seen on A&E’s "Storage Wars" was found dead Monday at his workplace, just two days after he was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine, reports the Ventura County Star.

The medical examiner’s office didn’t give a cause of death for Mark Balelo, 40, the story notes. TMZ is reporting that Balelo allegedly killed himself by carbon monoxide poisoning, with the reality star found dead in his car. The car was reportedly parked and running in the garage of his auction house in Simi Valley, Calif.

Balelo was jokingly called "Rico Suave" on the show for the fancy clothes he wore to auctions, notes The Hollywood Reporter. He appeared in a recurring role on several episodes of the show during seasons two and three, often showing up with large sums and outbidding his rivals. His role on the show was that of a “permanent opponent” of the show’s regulars.
