A familiar television personality has been named the most influential person of 2013 by Forbes magazine. Topping the list for the second year in a row is Oprah Winfrey.

TVGuide.com reports that the title is the result of a research survey ranking more than 7,500 celebrities on 46 personality attributes. The report notes that Winfrey was rated as influential by 48% of respondents — a modest slide of one point from her 2012 results.

The report adds: “Winfrey’s network OWN saw an uptick over the last year as she landed major interviews with the likes of controversial athlete Lance Armstrong, in the wake of his doping scandal, and the late Whitney Houston’s family.”

Winfrey nudged out Steven Spielberg, who came in at 47%. Spielberg was nominated for best director for “Lincoln” at the Academy Awards, but the award went to “The Life of Pi” director Ang Lee.

Here’s the rest of the Top 10:

Martin Scorsese: 42%
Ron Howard: 41%
George Lucas: 41 %
Dr. Mehmet Oz: 40%
Barbara Walters: 37%
Bono: 37%
Suze Orman: 37%
Clint Eastwood: 36%
