Comedy Central’s "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" will be carrying on without Stewart this summer, with the channel announcing plans for his three-month hiatus.

Guest host John Oliver, who has been working as a correspondent for the show, will take over June 10, Deadline.com reports.

Stewart is taking a 12-week break to direct his first movie, "Rosewater," as we reported in March.

The show previously announced that Oliver would fill in for eight weeks of original episodes, while another four weeks will be filled by repeats. Stewart will return to "The Daily Show" Sept. 3.

Guests slated to appear during Oliver’s first week include Seth Rogen and Fareed Zakaria.
