Seth MacFarlane is responsible for much of Fox’s Sunday animation block, but hasn’t yet voiced a character on the long-running "The Simpsons." Now Deadline.com reports that’s about to change.

MacFarlane will make his debut on the show during its one-hour season finale on May 19, the story says. He will voice a character named Ben, a married man whom Marge gets to know online through a swingers site, the piece reports.

Comedian Lisa Lampanelli is also providing guest voice work on the show’s 24th-season finale.
