A rap parody featuring Eli and Peyton Manning and made by DirecTV has become a viral hit, The New York Times reports. The clip had already surpassed 4 million views by this morning, one day after being posted.
The story notes that Eli Manning "has been featured in commercial spots for Toyota, Dunkin’ Donuts and Reebok, along with a handful of prior ads for DirecTV."
The video, which advertises "Football on Your Phone," was released to promote DirecTV’s mobile service for NFL Sunday Ticket. The Mannings don silly wigs and costumes during the ad, with Eli at one point jumping through a portrait of Alexander Graham Bell.
