The management reorganization continues at NBCUniversal, with the latest changes announced by the media company focused on the ad sales lineup in NBCU’s News Group.

"Tom Stevens has been promoted to the newly created role of Senior Vice President, NBCUniversal News Group Sales, where he will have strategic oversight of the sales partnerships for NBC News, CNBC and MSNBC to open doors for new client partnerships," the company announced in a release.

The announcement adds: "Christina Glorioso has joined the company as Senior Vice President, NBCUniversal News Group Advertising Sales Client Solutions, a newly created role, to further develop unique marketing opportunities for clients across the News Group in partnership with relevant NBCUniversal properties. Effective immediately, Stevens and Glorioso will report to Mark Miller, Executive Vice President for Advertising Sales, NBCUniversal News Group, who oversees the News Group Ad Sales division, including strategic sales, pricing and planning, new client development as well as marketing and client solutions."

The company also announced: "Lynne Kraselsky has joined the NBCUniversal News Group in the new position of Vice President, CNBC Sales, where she will be charged with all sales efforts for the network. Filling Stevens’ previous role, Ann Scheiner has been promoted to Vice President, Sales for NBC News and MSNBC, expanding her purview to include oversight of advertising sales for NBC News and MSNBC. Also effective immediately, Kraselsky and Scheiner will report to Stevens."

In the announcement, Miller said: “I’m pleased to be expanding our senior leadership team with these talented executives who have proven experience helping clients develop new ways to reach their customers. These appointments further strengthen our cross-portfolio capabilities and will offer advertisers more opportunities to take advantage of the power of the NBC News portfolio and the larger NBCUniversal portfolio.”

NBCUniversal has been making rapid-fire changes in its executive ranks this month, as previously reported. Among the changes, TV veteran Jeff Shell was placed in charge of Universal Studios and Bravo Media’s Frances Berwick added oversight of Oxygen. Additionally, Univision President Cesar Conde was added to the NBCU lineup as executive vice president.
