Telepictures President Exits After 27 Years With the Company B&C
The president of Warner Bros. production arm Telepictures has left the company after 27 years. B&C reports that Hilary Estey McLoughlin broke the news to those inside the company in a memo.
"I have discovered a whole new world out there, and I am excited to take on a new challenge," she said in the memo. She did not specify what she will do next, the piece notes.
"Estey McLoughlin transitioned to a producing role at Warner Bros. when Mike Darnell departed Fox to take over Warner's unscripted and alternative programming department in July," B&C reports.
The story notes: "Estey McLoughlin thanked a number of executives in her memo, including 'lifelong mentors' Barry Meyer, Bruce Rosenblum, and the late Jim Paratore."
In the memo, she said: "I will always be profoundly indebted to them for all they have done for me and my family."
