A veteran director who worked on dozens of TV and film projects including “Rizzoli & Isles” and “ER” has died. Deadline.com reports that Dirk Craft died Monday after a long illness. He was 48.
Craft, a 1991 grad of the DGA Trainee Program, worked as an assistant director on more than 50 productions and also helmed episodes of “Burn Notice” and “Nip/Tuck,” the story reports.
He also worked on telefilms and the 1996 movie “The Crucible,” which stars Daniel Day-Lewis.
