Four core cast members on ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy” have signed new two-year deals to remain with the medical show, The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed reports.

The new contracts mean that Sara Ramirez, Chandra Wilson, Justin Chambers and James Pickens Jr. will stay with the program for possible 11th and 12th seasons. The deals come after stars Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey signed new two-year deals.

The show is undergoing some casting changes this year, with Sandra Oh leaving after the May 15 episode. Also leaving this season are Gaius Charles and Tessa Ferrer, whose contracts weren’t picked up for the 11th season of the show.

The piece reports: “For their part, Wilson (Bailey), Chambers (Alex) and Pickens (Weber) — along with Dempsey (Derek) and Pompeo (Meredith) — are the last remaining series regulars who have been with the show since the pilot and are due to return. Wilson also typically directs a few episodes of the series each season. Ramirez joined the show as a recurring player at the end of season two and was upped to regular for season three.”
