Nielsen TV Ratings data examining Live+7 DVR numbers for the week ending May 4 reveal that a big hit show benefited the most from delayed viewing. TVbytheNumbers.com reports that the hit CBS sitcom "The Big Bang Theory" posted the largest gain in adults 18-49.
The stats cover only original programs, and exclude specials and repeats.
"Big Bang" gained 2.5 ratings points in viewers 18-49 in Live + & Day measurement.
In terms of percentage gain, CW's "Hart of Dixie" and ABC's "Nashville" were the leaders, with both shows gaining 100 percent on their Live+Same Day adults 18-49 ratings.
In total viewers, "The Blacklist" was No. 1, adding 6.51 million viewers to its Live+Same Day viewership.
