Crews will host the event at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, when the awards will honor programs from the 2013-14 season in categories including drama, comedy, news and information and reality.
This year's event will mark the 30th annual Television Critics Association Awards.
“This is a major milestone for our organization, and we wanted to go all out to make it one of the biggest and best awards yet,” Scott Pierce, TCA president, said. “Terry Crews is a perfect host.
