NBC Wraps Upfront Negotiations, Secures Volume Increase and Steady Price Hikes Ad Age

NBC has concluded its upfront ad sales negotiations, and Ad Age reports that the network brought in commitments totaling about $2.5 billion -- an 11% increase from a year ago.

The network reportedly secured rate increases in the 7.5% to 8% range, on a par with last year's price hikes and well above the 4% to 5% recently obtained by ABC.
