More than 10,000 people answered a casting call for HBO’s “Game of Thrones” within 24 hours, The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed reports.

The casting call, for extras for the show’s fifth season, was made for the drama series' Spanish shoot. The casting company said on its Facebook page that it will respond to the would-be extras via email.

The Spanish shoot had been rumored, with fans speculating that the country will be a stand-in for the country of Dorne. The drama will tape in Spain later this year, the story adds.
