UF Blog Entry #8: LIVIN’ HIGH ON THE BLOG
June 8, 2006 6:15 PM
Thank you to my friends and colleagues who have said that they are enjoying this BLOGFEST...GET A LIFE! Lately, I've had a recurring nightmare: I'm writing Blog Entry #300. ... The pace of this UF feels like NIGHTLINE during the Iran hostage crisis, DAY 67, etc. … My blog might run longer than most broadcast prime time series.
Pretty sure that next week, cable becomes active in earnest, even if all broadcast net biz is not finished.

Rich,
First time, long time.
Enjoying the daily blog. Got a good laugh from The Food Network/a la carte reference.

Ricardo:
If your predictions are true--that the upfront takes all summer--at least we'll have the good fortune of being amused by your wit. The Who were wrong, there is a cure for the summer time blues--Goldblog...and, more cowbell.

Okay, I always knew you were clever and funny but this is really good stuff. Can you help me write a song for my dad's 80th? Thanks for putting a smile on my face. Laura

You know, I just don't get the McCain amendment either, especially since it's "optional." Like you, I too, hope that our senators would pay more attention to Iraq, nuclear warheads, and what about that guy Osama Bid Laden? His dialysis machine must have lost juice by now.
